# Terms of Service

Last updated July 4, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the CallBolt platform: the Sky AI agent, the department agents it trains, the tenant console, and the connectors and channels you configure. By using CallBolt you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

## 1\. The service

CallBolt provides an AI-assisted customer operations platform. Sky, CallBolt's AI agent, and the department agents shaped for your business handle customer contacts across the channels you connect (voice, email, chat, tickets), operate the tools you enable, verify identity per your policy, and record actions on an audit trail in your console.

## 2\. AI outputs are not fully deterministic

CallBolt uses artificial intelligence. Even with strict workflows, policies, and controls in place, some responses may be non-deterministic: the same input can produce different phrasing, and in rare cases an agent may respond or act in a way you did not expect. We design layered guardrails to keep behavior inside the boundaries you set, including identity verification before account detail moves, policy gates on replies and actions, per-department tool allow-lists, and a full audit trail. We do not guarantee that every individual response will be correct, identical between runs, or free of error, and you should not rely on the service as the sole safeguard for decisions that require human judgment.

## 3\. Your visibility and your responsibilities

You get logs and visibility into what the agents do: cases, transcripts, actions taken, and the audit trail are available in your console. In exchange, you are responsible for operating your tenant with reasonable care, which includes:

-   reviewing the console and audit trail regularly;
-   tightening policies and rules when behavior should change;
-   managing which tools the AI can access, per department;
-   keeping sign-in credentials and admin access secure;
-   ensuring the content, policies, and knowledge you provide are accurate and lawful;
- using the service in compliance with laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection and privacy laws.

## 4\. If something does not behave as expected

If an agent behaves in a way you did not expect, raise a support ticket from your console or email [support@callbolt.ai](mailto:support@callbolt.ai). We will review the concern and work to resolve it through backend, workflow, or policy adjustments as soon as practical. Reporting promptly, and pausing an affected tool or agent from your console in the meantime, helps limit any impact.

## 5\. Your data

Customer conversations, cases, and configuration you route through CallBolt remain your data. We process them to provide the service, as described in our [privacy policy](https://www.callbolt.ai/privacy). We do not sell personal data.

## 6\. Acceptable use

You may not use CallBolt to break the law, to deceive customers about whether they are speaking with an AI where disclosure is required, to process data you have no right to process, or to probe, overload, or circumvent the platform's security and guardrails.

## 7\. Fees

Fees, plans, and billing terms are set out in your order form or subscription agreement. Where no separate agreement exists, access is provided under the plan presented to you at sign-up.

## 8\. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every AI response will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. This does not remove our commitment to operate the platform with reasonable skill and care, or to address problems you report under section 4.

## 9\. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or goodwill; and (b) CallBolt's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to CallBolt for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. This section allocates risk for an AI-operated service; it is not an attempt to avoid responsibility for problems we are able to fix, which we handle under section 4.

## 10\. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or limit access to protect the platform, other customers, or end customers, for example during a security incident or sustained misuse, and will restore access as soon as the risk is resolved. Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable order form or subscription terms. On termination you can request an export of your data within a reasonable window.

## 11\. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. For material changes we will give notice in the console or by email before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
