Cookie Policy

• Sign-in session state: strictly necessary browser storage that keeps you signed in to the console securely. Without it, sign-in does not work.
• Your cookie preference: a small local record of the choice you made in the cookie banner, so we do not ask again on every visit.
• Analytics (optional, off until you accept): Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that let us count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. Before you accept, the analytics tag runs in cookieless mode: it sets no cookie and sends no identifier, only aggregate pings about the page viewed.

Strictly necessary storage is always on and cannot be rejected, because the site cannot function safely without it. It is used only to operate the service (for example, keeping your sign-in session valid) and never for advertising or cross-site tracking.

The only optional cookies are Google Analytics 4 cookies, used to measure how the public site and the console are used: pages viewed, scroll depth, buttons and links clicked, the country or region a visit comes from, and the lead form being sent. They are off by default and set only after you accept them. What we send never includes names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, record numbers, sign-in details or anything typed into a form; the console sends only the page type visited, never customer or caller data. Google Analytics is configured without advertising features. Rejecting analytics keeps the tag in cookieless mode.

Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any public page to review or change your choice at any time. You can also clear your browser's storage for this site, which removes the preference record and signs you out.
